Planmeca digital dental units are a joy to use. Their interactive interface provides complete control over all settings, enabling full focus on treatment. Users can upload their personal settings to different Planmeca dental units with a simple flash of a card to discover the freedom of a customised intelligent workflow.
Personal settings with a flash of a card
All Planmeca digital dental units can be connected to a network and to the Planmeca Romexis® software. This lets users access personalised settings instantly with a flash of a contactless Planmeca PlanID™ card. These preset treatment positions and customisable instrument settings allow users to make any unit their own.
Care-free maintenance and infection control
We make no compromises when it comes to dental unit infection control – offering reliable processes that are easy to perform. All operations are simple to follow from the dental unit interface, with automated flushing cycles and the latest cycle information available. The unit also indicates when maintenance is due.
Intraoral scanner integration
Planmeca Emerald® S intraoral scanners can be connected to Planmeca digital dental units for an integrated and highly convenient user experience. You can use and share the plug-and-play scanner just like any other instrument, and even operate it from a dental unit foot control to keep your hands free for scanning at all times.
Use the touch panel as a touchpad
You can flexibly use your dental unit’s touch panel like a touchpad to control the interface of a chairside computer or tablet – reducing or even eliminating the need for a mouse. This is often a more practical way of working and moving the cursor, as the conveniently located touch panel is easier to access during treatments.
Real-time info and monitoring
Our clinic efficiency software is a new way to elevate efficiency to the next level. It provides real-time information on networked Planmeca digital dental units and allows them to be monitored remotely – with reliable records of all usage and events also available.
