PlanWeb includes online ordering system for spare parts. The spare part orders are submitted directly into Planmeca's ordering system. You can also browse through your existing orders and track shipments. The PlanWeb system provides you with real time order process information and an updated price lists at all times. Access to the PlanWeb system is restricted to registered users. To enter the PlanWeb system you need a user code and password issued by Planmeca. PlanWeb includes a remote support system for Planmeca’s suppliers. Through the service, it is possible to receive and confirm orders via public internet.
